After trying a numerous PT and group coaches I found Sam. Her incredible knowledge and experience of all aspects of fitness and health has kept not only myself but my husband, son & mother coming back every week to her boot camp sessions for over 8 years. During this time Sam has successfully managed our training routines through all of our sporting injuries and accidents with her extensive knowledge and experience. Sam always goes above and beyond for her clients. Currently, due to a serious sporting related hamstring injury, I am using her on-line download app for my Re-Hab. This platform enables Sam to modify my training with an exercise specific program to bring me back to my peak fitness level from my own home. She sets daily tasks for me that are easy to understand with video aids to watch, she monitors completion of set tasks and is there for any questions at any time. It’s just like having her right there!Not only does this module enable one on one training remotely, but it can also monitor body conditioning and progress privately with body measurements, pics and fitness graphs. I highly recommend this style of fitness coaching for anyone who wants personalized PT sessions without the need (or ability in my case) to travel!Thanks Sam – I’m looking forward to being able to return to my peak muscle strength and fitness level soon!!!

 Sam is a very personable Trainer who has demonstrated she knows how to manage people and their abilities, strengths and weaknesses. Through one of her online boot camps she motivated me to get back into exercise, demonstrating correct technique and doing the exercise “with us via video” which is of great benefit if you aren’t sure what you are doing or how to do the exercises correctly. Her explanations are simple and she is easy to understand (even with her accent).  Sam has helped me to become the dancer that I am today through sharing the extensive knowledge she has on strength, flexibility and injury prevention. When I began working with Sam I was constantly injuring myself due to a lack of basic anatomical knowledge and not having enough strength to support the flexibility I possessed.
